Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Included
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Increased rate to be determined at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally, sorry!  United States orders only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery. Re-shipment fees may apply for returned packages due to address errors.
